Nothing to do with AI today
I’m taking a few days to think about the rest of the book as I need to wrap things up and I want it to be tidy. Today I will write something that will help those Christians who are searching for truth and piss off any church goers who might stumble across this.
Before I get to Genesis 3, I’ll speak about the so called “three wise men” who almost everyone today believes attended the birth of the Christ. They were not wise men; they were sorcerers, and they did not attend Christ’s birth.
If one believes that they were wise men and that they simply brought gifts to worship Jesus, then there is no real point in their being mentioned. Why are they even there? What does God in the flesh need with gold and frankincense and myrrh? The three Magi weren’t there, go and read the Bible, they are not mentioned in Luke’s account of His birth and in Matthew it is very clear that the Magi went to His house and saw him there, when He was two years old.
Matthew 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother
Christ was born in a stable, as is befitting of a lamb, The Lamb of God. His birth was attended by shepherds, as the birth of a lamb would be. This is both true and symbolic. God would not have had sorcerers at the birth of His Son.
The Magi arrived two years later and were greeted by Herod. He, Herod and all Jerusalem were very troubled by the news that the Messiah had been born.
Matthew 2:3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
The Magi were sent to inform Herod of the birth of Christ, by the one they served, in order to end the life of Jesus. The Magi fled when they knew Herod would have them killed and Herod then chose to kill all male children two years old and under;
Matthew 2:16 according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men.
Why would all of Jerusalem be troubled by the birth of the Christ?
I often hear “Christians” say things like “If Christ came today, no one would listen to Him”. They didn’t listen to Him then either, they accused Him of blasphemy and executed Him. He proved to them that He was God, He performed miracles, healed the sick and brought the dead back to life, yet they killed Him. Why would they do that?
Another well used phrase by “Christians” is “It’s hard to reconcile the bloodthirsty God of the Old Testament with the love of the New Testament”. No, it isn’t, God does not change. He is not and never has been a bloodthirsty God and if you believe He has it’s because you haven’t read the Bible. The “Christian” will say something like “An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind”. Yes we’ve all heard the “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth” quote.
Exodus 21:22 “If men fight, and hurt a woman with child” 23 And if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
Yes, very bloodthirsty or are they referring to the armies God sends to kill those who were sacrificing babies to Ba’al? And the other “gods” who demanded this?
The point I’m making is this:
Genesis 3: Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Your Pastor or Priest will tell you that the serpent is the devil; and in Revelation the devil is indeed referred to as “That old serpent” but that is wholly irrelevant. What is a serpent? It is a snake, and we all know that snakes deceive but more than that it is simply an animal.
What we have here is an animal questioning what God has said. We also have a woman who is listening to an animal. Note too that the serpent doesn’t know which tree shall not be eaten from.
The woman answers: Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
God did not say neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die, He said Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
So, they were free to touch it but told if eaten, they would certainly die, not might die, as is suggested by the term lest you die.
The woman did not know Gods instructions, she was either unsure of them or lied about them.
Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Now what does that mean? We have an animal, a snake telling a woman that God is lying. Not only is He lying, but He is lying because He is trying to hide something good from you; God is trying to stop you becoming like a god, he is keeping knowledge that would make you great, secret from you.
Anyone who reads this will almost certainly be thinking that the woman was stupid for listening to a snake. Why would a woman listen to a snake when she had the Word of God Himself to refer to? Well; you do.
I attended Catholic churches and schools until I was sixteen. I went to a “Bible believing church” some time ago and I attended it for a good while, to be certain that they don’t believe the Bible. Here’s the thing with “churches”, each one believes something different and to join that church, you must believe the things they believe, this is a prerequisite. They can’t all be right; they believe different things so which one is telling the truth? None of them.
The Baptist church will say that salvation comes through Baptism. You must be baptised into the church and to be Baptised you must go through “discipleship” and be taught what the Bible means and give the correct response when asked or you can’t be Baptised and if you haven’t been Baptised, you’re not saved. This means that God depends upon man for His plan of Salvation and if a man decides you’re not saved and doesn’t Baptise you, it’s all out of God’s hands really.
Catholics, well where do I begin with them? Matthew 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
Really the list for Catholics is endless, they venerate the Saints and Mary and pray to all and sundry, they have idols in the churches and on top of them and the Pope, Il Papa, The Holy Father, tells God Himself who He can forgive and who He can’t.
The seventh Day Adventists think that God will cast them into outer darkness for worshiping on the wrong day. It doesn’t seem to matter to them that no one is forcing them to worship on a Sunday, or that they are free to remember the Sabbath Day and keep it Holy, should they choose.
All the “churches” are the same, each has some truth, and each has doctrines that question the Word of God and lie about it. ALL OF THEM.
Matthew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
The comma after the word saying, which suggests that a person will say the words “I am Christ”, is not present in the original scripture. The text says many will come in my name: many will come saying they are Christians. Saying I am Christ; agreeing that Jesus is the Christ. And shall deceive many.
The biggest lie I hear quite regularly is that if you say a quick prayer, welcoming Jesus into your heart, you’ll be saved. That’s it everyone, you’re saved, and you can’t lose your salvation. There is nothing that even suggests this is possible in the Bible, but you’ll hear it in every church in the land; you can’t lose your salvation. Well Hebrews 6 4-6 says you can;
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
Some of the most devout believers, those who evangelize and genuinely believe in Christ will tell you that the Gospel of your salvation is:
Romans 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
That’s what scripture says isn’t it? It must then be true, it’s God’s Word, isn’t that what it says?
Really, if that is the whole of the Gospel of your salvation, then what is the rest of the Bible for? Does it perhaps say that there’s a bit more to it than just those few words? Romans was written by Paul. Paul spent many years writing Epistles and most of the New Testament was written by him. Why did he bother, if all we need is a single sentence?
Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
The Pastors and Priests will tell you that this is about the false teachers, the prosperity preachers and the like. No, it’s not. Those types are dealt with in other places in the Bible, read the whole chapter and deal with it in context. These are people who say Lord, Lord, not just Lord, but repeat it. These are people who have accepted Christ as Lord. What does it say after that? He who does God’s will, shall enter. These are believers who are not doing Gods will.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
These are people who believe they are Christians. These are the Christians who heard that they just needed to pray the prayer and carry on with their lives, secure that they are saved and can’t lose that salvation.
Another favourite of the Pastors and Priests is works:
Isaiah 64:6 But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags;
Your good works will count against you, Jesus did everything for you and it is a sin to suggest you can do anything to save yourself.
This is an excellent example of what the Pastors and priests will say:
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
You see it all sounds perfectly correct, it is in the Bible, works won’t save you, don’t go doing good works, your righteousness is filthy to God.
The one time that Paul says works in his epistles, shortening it from “works of the Law”, and it is used to change what he is preaching.
Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Deeds and works are the same word, (Strongs Concordance G2041 ἔργον) with the same meaning. The phrase literally refers to “works of the Law” which were commanded be observed by the Pharisees. The Scribes and the Pharisees of Jesus day are the Pastors and Priests of today. It was the Pharisees who followed Jesus around telling Him that He was breaking Gods Law with everything He did. It was the Pharisees who had Him put to death for Blasphemy.
Paul is saying that keeping the Laws that the Jews kept, the laws that had grown from the original ten given by God, to some six hundred odd, would not bring redemption. It does NOT mean that doing good things is frowned upon by God.
Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
You are commanded to do good to one another, you are commanded to love your neighbour as yourself. No, it’s not what saves you, but it is a part of being saved. It is a commandment of Christ:
John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
If you claim that Christ is Lord, you must necessarily follow His commands. What Lord would accept a servant who ignores His commandments and does everything as he sees fit?
But the Priests and Pastors will tell you that you’re not under the law, you are saved by grace and will be forgiven your sins.
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
They’ll tie themselves in knots and use:
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Those who are in the body of Christ walk according to the spirit, they tell you, but most people don’t walk according to the Spirit and frankly, they don’t have a clue what it means because they don’t read the Bible, instead they listen to snakes and believe what they’re told. They genuinely believe that declaring Christ is Lord is the whole of their commitment and duty to God.
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.
The Pastor and the Priest will tell you this is about the world, the corrupt system that we live under. Is it though? Where would Gods people be? If I asked you where Gods people would be on a Sunday, you’d know where to look.
In Revelation 17 we are introduced to the Scarlett Woman, the Whore of Babylon. On her forehead is written mystery, Babylon the Great, The Mother of Harlots and of the Abominations of the Earth.
So, in the Bible we have the church which is the Bride of Christ, and we have the Whore. One is faithful and innocent the other the complete opposite. Christ will marry one, the church. It ought to be obvious that the whore is the corrupt bride, the one who acts pure and innocent but who is nothing of the sort.
Revelation 17:6 I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.
No institution has killed more Christians than the “church”. No institution has deceived more Christians than the “church”. The “church” is everywhere, in every nation, it has more wealth than any other person, persons or institutions. The “church” has more control over all of the people in all of the nations than any other institution. Yet they do NOTHING to change the poverty or the injustice.
The Priests and Pastors will explain the Bible for you if you care to listen. The Pope said not so long ago that it is “dangerous” for anyone to have a personal relationship with Christ. You need to listen to them; the Bible is a “mystery” you see. There is no mystery to the Bible, it’s the plain and unadulterated truth. If God created everything, He can certainly make sure that only the correct books are in the Bible. Everything you need to know is there and nothing is there by accident.
Matthew 23:13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
You can replace the words Scribes and Pharisees with Pastors and Priests because they are the same.
Matthew 6:5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men.
6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret;
The Bible only contains a single prayer so where do all these lengthy prayers that the Pastors and Priests recite come from? We are instructed to pray in secret, not to stand in a public building or on a street corner praying to God. What are the Christians doing?
When Christ died on the cross, he cried out “It is finished”. The term He used was one used by the accountants of the day when an account was closed, it literally meant “paid in full”.
At that very moment, the devil was defeated and condemned. Christ went to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. Christ runs this world, not the devil. Christ knows everything that is happening here, this world belongs to Him. He is not off somewhere travelling. He isn’t waiting for a time when God says, “okay it’s all yours now.” The world belongs to Christ NOW.
The serpent deceived the woman, Eve, and she ate the fruit. The only knowledge she gained was the evil knowledge of breaking a Command of God. There is no hidden knowledge, you will never become a god, thankfully. You can though have the life that God always intended for you to have, because Christ came, He lived a perfect life, He did no evil. He paid the debt we owe on the cross. He faced the judgement of God and took the punishment for all our evil. He died and overcame death so that those who turn away from sin and evil and to Him, will not face Gods judgement.
The battle between good and evil is inside you, not in the world. Demons aren’t forcing you to do anything, it’s your own desire. Repent simply means to turn away. Stop listening to the desires within you, Christ stands at the door. He is right there, now.
If you want to know what the Bible says, then read it. You won’t find out by listening to anyone else. If you haven’t read the Bible, you are NOT a Christian.
There is NO ONE on this earth who can tell you anything more than the Bible itself will. No Priest or Pastor has any special knowledge, they don’t know any more than you can learn for yourself and much of what they tell people is what they are instructed to tell you by their employers. They work for money, and they do as they are told. They peddle the doctrines of men, and people trust what they hear instead of looking at what God said. The woman listening to the snake.
I’m not trying to sell you anything, I am telling you to go and read the Bible because your life literally depends on it.
